The North Shore’s fastest schoolteacher, Steff Chambers will step up to the Golden Holmes North Island Endurance Series in 2020.
Steff took up racing in a Porsche 944 in 2016 starting off in the European Racing Classic’s before jumping in with the big boys in the Pirelli Porsche Championship.
After campaigning the 944 for three seasons racing all around the country from Pukekohe to Teretonga while towing the car herself with a Green Toyota Prado. Steff took another enormous step by purchasing a Porsche 996 Carrera Cup car.
While Steff will be new to the series, she has had a taste of endurance racing where she has raced both the 944 and 996 in the Speedworks Rush Hour Events.
